1. Introduction
These Terms of Service («Terms») govern your use of the website codedication.com (the «Site») and the purchase or use of products, plugins, services, and digital content (collectively, «Services») provided by Codedication («we,» «us,» or «our»).
By accessing the Site or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

We offer the following Services:
- WordPress Plugins, including Schema Blocks (Free and Pro versions)
- WordPress Theme Development
- WordPress Plugin Development
- Gutenberg Block Development
- WordPress Consulting
- Digital Products, including the book WordPress Editor and Blocks
- Structured Data Validation Tools, including ValidGraph
Specific terms for each Service may be described in additional documentation or order forms.
4. License for Free Plugins
Schema Blocks Free is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+). You may use, modify, and redistribute it in accordance with that license. The plugin is provided «as is» without warranty of any kind.
5. License for Pro Plugins and Digital Products
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pro plugin or digital product for the term specified at purchase. Licenses are valid for a specified number of sites as indicated at checkout.
5.1 Restrictions
You may not:
- Distribute, resell, or sublicense the Pro plugin or digital product.
- Modify the Pro plugin to create competing products.
- Remove or alter proprietary notices.
- Use the Pro plugin on more sites than your license permits.
5.2 Renewals and Updates
Pro licenses include updates and support for the duration of the license term. Upon renewal, the license is extended. If a license expires, you may continue to use the last downloaded version but will not receive updates or support.
6. Custom Development Services
6.1 Scope
The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for custom development projects (themes, plugins, blocks, consulting) will be defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.
6.2 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, we assign to you all intellectual property rights in the custom-developed code, except for:
- Pre-existing libraries, frameworks, or tools we own.
- General-purpose code, patterns, and techniques that we reuse across projects.
6.3 Revisions
Custom development projects include the number of revision rounds specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions may be billed separately.
7. Payments and Fees
7.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in EURO unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices with notice.
7.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due as specified at checkout or in the project agreement. For subscriptions, payment is due at the start of each billing period.
7.3 Refunds
- Plugins (Pro): Refund requests within 14 days of purchase will be honored, provided the plugin has not been used in production or downloaded extensively.
- Custom Development: Refund terms are specified in the project agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced.
- Digital Products (Books, etc.): Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless the product is defective.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when purchasing or contacting us.
- Use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Not misuse the Site or Services (e.g., hacking, scraping, distributing malware).
- Maintain the confidentiality of your license keys.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is owned by Codedication or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws, except for code explicitly licensed under GPL or other open-source licenses.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided «as is» and «as available» without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that schema markup will result in rich results in search engines.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codedication shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Codedication harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of any licensed software and delete all copies.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Site or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
